Wirral little stars make an impression at their Starmakers show!

babyballet® Wirral held their annual Starmakers show at Birkenhead High School Academy in Birkenhead, which showcased dance skills after a programme of dance classes for kids with babyballet®.

Over 95 babyballet® stars, aged between 3 and 6 years old, captivated more than 400 excited parents, family members and friends on the 7th July in 2 wonderfully performed, professional pantomime style dance shows.

babyballet® characters Twinkle and Teddy the adorable bears, Flutterstar the Fairy, Chuck the Cowboy and Grandad Jack, the King of the Castle in the Sky joined all of the children on the stage in this wonderful performance, where they thoroughly enjoyed dancing for their audience.

On their Grand Adventure, Twinkle and Teddy took the other babyballet® characters to the Wild Wild West where they joined in the dancing cowboy rodeo. When they finished, they had a dinnertime picnic in the sunshine with their kites and they watched the busy bees buzzing around before going on a wonderful adventure on a pirate ship. Then it was time for Flutterstar’s surprise birthday party with jelly and presents … and then all of the little stars and characters were invited to join in the grand finale!

The audience were so enchanted as they clapped and even danced along at times!

Nikki Craik and Lucie Baguley, sisters and principles of babyballet® Wirral, stated: “We couldn’t feel prouder of our super talented show stars. They blew us away with their performance and confidence on the day. Two amazing shows, we can’t wait to do it all again next year!”

One proud parent enthusiastically noted:
“I just wanted to say a massive thank you for putting on such a gorgeous, professional and magical show. My daughter absolutely loved being involved in it. Can’t believe how much they have all learnt and how well they did. We imagined meltdowns and carnage and we got such a magical performance – we were all so proud and my son who came to watch had happy tears seeing his little sister perform.” – Rebecca Wright, Elsie Wright’s Mummy.

babyballet® star, Annabelle Craik, summed up the experience by saying:
“I loved being a busy bee and waving to the bears and the fairy. When I’m bigger I want to be just like the fairy and Oliver (big brother) can say “hello fairy”.”

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and can not wait until their next babyballet starmakers show!
